What a great weekend!
The Gators won big, and are now looking foward to the big showdown here in Jacksonville with the Georgia Puppies; the Jaguars lost, of course, but getting to be outside for the game in this awesome weather we're having was great!
We also had an awesome cardio seminar on Saturday!

I will give you a few tips from the seminar, just b/c I like you though!

OK, here's the Cliff's notes version of the best advice that I gave to those that attended the Seminar:
The absolute best, and fastest way, to burn your unwanted fat pounds is to combine your resistance training & cardio training.
If you question that, or think you have an arguement to the possibility of gaining cardio benefits & muscular benefits from resistance training at the same time, you don't, but you should have been at the seminar for the full explanation!
Now the old school bodybuilding mentality, which is unfortunately where most people still get their "fitness" information from, is to do 30-60 minutes of cardio every morning before you eat anything, and then to work out doing resistance training for an hour to an hour & a half in the afternoons, at least 5 days per week, and to diet, diet, diet!
I can't argue with it, though. It does work, and is effective at burning bodyfat & keeping lean muscle tissue, which is of course what allows you to burn fat throughtout the day when you're not working out.
The problem for most people in today's society lies in the fact that almost no one, (and I'm sure you don't either) has neither the time to devote to working out a total of 2 & 1/2 hours per day in the gym, nor the desire or will power to follow a "perfectly clean" bodybuilding type diet.
I'm sure you're doing good to get in 2-3 times per week on most weeks, and you might have 45 minutes to an hour when you do come in, right? And you'd still like to enjoy eating good tasting food every now & then right? You still want to see great results though, even in the time that you do come in, right?
Of course! That's what you're paying a gym membership for!
You wouldn't pay to take you car to a mechanic to have him NOT fix it, right?
You can get the same results working out smart, as you can putting in countless hours at the club.
